What is the advantage of mibbit?

  • It's an Ajax based client. That means you do not have to install the Java Runtime Environement. Just enable JavaScript!
  • Mibbit is relaying the messages over their server IP address. That means you can chat even if your firewall is blocking our servers / ports!
  • But be aware! You're IP will not be cloaked with Mibbits one! It's not a tool to evade bans or glines!
